Our Story
At M & Y Elite Properties, we have a passion for transforming properties and creating exceptional spaces. Our journey began with watching homes under the hammer and growing interest in property. In 2021, we got the keys for our first investment property in Luton and have added another off plan property to our portfolio this year. We decided to move into serviced accommodation earlier this year and it turned out to be a great decision. By end of Q1 2026 we will have 4 serviced accommodation properties in our portfolio.
